Art Auction: Donations Sought

RAS member John Challenor suggests this might be of interest to members:

Ringwood Action for Climate Emergency are looking for donations of art to raise funds for their climate projects in the Ringwood area.

Mary DeBoos writes:

“ It is an auction of nature inspired art auction on 14th October 2023 in Trinity Hall from 18.30.

Join Ringwood RACE Against Time for the opportunity to buy your very own piece of natured inspired art be it a drawing, a painting, a collage, a sculpture, fused glass, a wooden bowl or a piece of pottery. 

All items have been donated by local arts and crafts people. 

Viewing starts at 18.30 with the auction itself starting from 19.15. 

Ticket price includes a glass of wine and canapes. A full catalogue will be sent in advance to ticket holders. 

All profits will go to future projects in the Ringwood area.

At the moment we are looking for kind donations of pieces of art, as well as people to attend on the night.”
