BAC Coach Trip to Bristol
Our friends at Bournemouth Arts Club are organising a coach trip to Bristol. Simon Merry, who is organising this, writes:
Dear artist friends,
Fine Art Trip to Bristol Saturday 4th November 2023
You are warmly invited to join members of Bournemouth Arts Club on a coach trip to the City of Bristol on Saturday 4th November primarily to visit the Royal West of England Academy (RWA) 170th Open Exhibition plus other venues and early Christmas shopping opportunities!
Once there, participants may plan their own day. The RWA and other art venues are detailed here .
You are welcome to invite guests and costs will be as follows:
For the coach only - £20
For the coach plus entry to the Open Exhibition - £26.50. The entry fee of £6.50 is a block booking/paid in advance rate and is reduced from £8.50.
Participants who have RWA or other membership that allows free entry to the exhibition should pay for the coach only and use their pass at the door.
The coach has a toilet and wi-fi. There will be a comfort stop on the way.
Coach pick-up and drop-off times will be:
08.00 - Whitecliff Car Park, Whitecliff Road, Poole, BH14 8DU.
08.40 – Outside Iceland, Victoria Road, Ferndown. BH22 9HU
11.45- Arrive Bristol
16.00 - Depart Bristol
18.55 - Arrive at Ferndown and then Whitecliff

For all in your party: name, mobile telephone number, pick up point and whether or not intending to pre-pay for entry to the exhibition.
Payment will need to be made by 31st August to secure a place - details of payment by BACs or cheque will be provided by Simon on receipt of the email.
